JINPAT Capsule Series Slip Rings Updated with Full Series

The JINPAT capsule series slip rings havebeen updated, and the full series now features a peacock blue color. The newmodels are no longer named with letters like A, B, C, D, E, etc. Instead, theyretain a basic model number such as LPM-08, LPC-36, LPC-56, and so on, and thenadd suffixes such as YB, YD, YJ, YL, YP, YS, YT, YU, YZ, as well as IP54 andIP65. The suffixes are not universal throughout the entire series and onlyappear in a few models.

Let's introduce the new models one by one.YB represents the original model with the sleeve removed. YD is a product thathas a flange installed on the stator side of the flange, rather than the rotorside. YJ is a product with a metal casing, which uses an aluminum alloy casingand sandblasting process to produce a brighter color than plastic casing.

YL is a product with a compressed size,mainly for the larger production models in the LPC or LPM series. YS is ahigh-speed product derived from standard products, with minor adjustments madeto components and parameters. YT is mainly aimed at iterative products in theLPC series, corresponding to circuits with 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, etc. YUrepresents the U-series products of the capsule-shaped LPC and LPM before theupgrade, and these products do not have flanges. YZ is used to distinguish theinternal structure of the medium-sized capsule-shaped slip rings LPC-56,LPC-76, and LPC-125.

YP represents a plastic shell, only usedfor LPMS series micro slip rings. The models with IP54 and IP65 suffixes arehigh-protection level customized products developed from the YJ series, mainlytargeting some models in the LPC and LPM series. These high-protection levelslip rings use an aluminum alloy casing and have different protection levels.
